| The Make-up 101 course is for someone who has a passion for make-up but little or no formal training. By formal training I mean you have not done a make-up course, been trained by a cosmetic company or feel that your skills need to be refreshed.
On this 5 day course, you will learn the must have skills needed to be a make-up artist.
This course includes the following: Tools of the trade Hygiene Skin Care Eye Brows: - How to shape and how to fill in to lift the eyes / face. Primers: - Different types and how they help smoother skin, smaller pores etc. Foundation: - How to choose the right one for a radiant looking complexion. Concealer: - How to hide dark circles, pigmentation and blemishes. - How to diminish fine lines, frown lines, jowl lines with the help of an illuminating pen. Eyes: - Basic eye shadow. - Colours and texture to choose. - Where to start. - Different techniques for different eye shapes. - How to lift hooded eyes, droopy eyes, creapy lids and deal with age related problems. - Definition / Liner & Lashes. Blush / Bronzer: - What to choose - Face shapes - Where to put it and how to put it on to give your cheeks a lift. Lips: - How to make lips look fuller and prevent colour from bleeding. Bridal: - Mother of the bride or groom. On the 101 course, you will recieve a make-up kit worth £500 to help you on your way. All students to complete the course will recieve a 30% discount on all future purchases of Ariane Poole products. |
